Set cables not to feature in report

Installations may have circuits that are not being altered/changed as part of the works but circuits will be drawn to allow loads to be properly calculated.

Having a setting to stop these cables being generated in reports would be helpful rather than having to unselect everytime a report is run.

Unselecting is fine if there are a couple of circuits but a pain when there are more than 10.
