Add installation method 47 for SWA cables.

Often SWA cables are installed below raised access floors within commercial office buildings especially for underfloor power tracks. It would be very useful to have this as an installation option rather than having to pick another method B and have to write in the comments that's its actually 47. This would save queries by consultants.
